Need to transfer/port a phone number?

Do you need to port over your existing phone number to use with the RescueGroups.org Voice Mail service? If so, please complete the following authorization form:

One issue that has come up recently is related to the port and the account's billing address. Please be sure that your billing address with your current provider is a physical address and not a PO Box. If it's a PO Box, call your provider and change the address to a physical address, and include that address on your transfer authorization form.

The port takes about 3-4 weeks to complete once everything is approved.
