Secure/SSL Option for Web Site Service

Hello,

Another service we're considering offering is an option for a secure/SSL web site. A "secure" web site is provided by using an SSL certificate, which can be purchased online and installed on the web site (it's actually installed on the web server).

The SSL certificate encrypts the communication between the web server and the visitor's web browser.

We've had a few people mention that they'd like to have a secure site. Is this something you'd be interested in? We would register and install the certificate for use with your RescueGroups Web Site service.

The cost would probably be about $50/year.

Yes, this would be a nice feature to have. We have had potential adopters not want to submit there name, phone number and address on our applications because our site wasn't secure.
